    Bernadett Koles is an Associate Profession at Central European Business School in Budapest, Hungary. Her primary areas of research interests include aspects of leadership, organizational climate and strategy development in companies throughout the Central and Easter European Region, as well as technological advancements and their implications to concepts of psychology and management. Professor Koles has been a faculty member at CEU Business School since 2003.
